1. Does not include food, only for children under 3 years old.

2. All guests arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated based on Villa availability.

3. No smoking in the rooms, except in outdoor areas.

4. Pets are allowed, only dogs and cats. They must comply with local legislation requirements and have a health certificate. Allowed pets must weigh a maximum of 10 kg. Only one pet per villa is allowed.

5. Access to rooms is not allowed for unregistered visitors.

6. The hotel is committed to protecting the environment and revitalizing the communities around us. The Green Imperative Fund operates based on guest contributions of USD $2.00 net per night per Villa.

7. We are not responsible for personal losses incurred in the rooms.
